916 Jefferson Drive, Zumbrota, MN 55992

To GPS, use the following address: 15 Jefferson Dr., Zumbrota. Great 113 x 211 lot to build a single family home, nice and flat backing off to and overlooking private natural area owned by the city. Feels like country, nice view and lots of wildlife. Only a half block from the city walking trails that go into the Zumbrota Coverered Bridge Park system. Used to be a manufactured home on this lot that has been removed, note they are no longer allowed in this location. Owner has been told that water and sewer go to the mound of dirt to the north of the pole and you can see where the natural gas line runs into the property.
